HOW TO ENTER RIPS
Fill in the registration form, supply required documents (PHRF-NW or PHRF-BC certificate and Insurance) and make payment to complete the process.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Two options are offered: online or print.
ONLINE registration is secure and requires a credit card to make payment.
When selecting the PRINT option, payment may be made via credit card (contact 250-656-0599 with info) or cheque.

REGISTRATION FEES
Fees include regatta entry, moorage from Friday August 13 through Wednesday August 18 (rafting may be necessary), camping (first-come, first-serve) as well as shore-side activities for crew and skipper.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Details including name and address, number of crew plus boat info will be required plus a determination as to whether racing One Design [M242 see below] or PHRF.
All personal information collected will remain confidential. All entrants should understand and advise crew of the NOTICE OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL IMAGE AND INFORMATION below.

PHRF REQUIREMENTS
In order to race in a PHRF division at RIPS, current PHRF-NW or PHRF-BC certificates are required. Those with PHRF-BC certificates may have their ratings adjusted by the RIPS Handicapper free of charge, in order to conform to PHRF-NW rules and standards.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
To complete the registration process, a copy of the PHRF-NW or PHRF-BC certificate plus proof of Insurance MUST be provided via email (send as attachments) or photocopy via mail.

MOTHERSHIP MOORAGE FEE
Moorage for motherships may be made available if space permits. Request space by providing contact and yacht information (yacht name, length and beam). If moorage is confirmed, a $200 fee will be collected separately by, and must be paid directly to, RIPS Yachting Ltd.

Martin 242s will also compete for the North American Championship

The Martin 242 Fleet Two (Vancouver Island) Class Association will host the 29th Annual M242 North American Championship at RIPS.
RIPS Yachting Ltd is pleased to offer its infrastructure for this event - M242s were automatically entered when the one design option was selected at the time of registration. The RIPS 2010 fee structure, Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions will apply.
