The RIPS Regatta Registration Fee of $15.00 Cdn per foot of yacht-length includes regatta entry (bonus - M242s automatically entered into M242 North American Championship), moorage (rafting where necessary), camping (first-come, first-serve, no reservations) and shore-side activities for crew and skipper. Registrations must be dated before February 1, 2010 to be eligible for the $15/ft fee. From Feb 1, 2010 the registration fee increases to $17.00 Cdn per foot of yacht-length until sold out. If space allows, a fee of $200 (Cdn) per approved Mothership (accommodation vessel) will be collected separately by, and must be paid directly to, RIPS Yachting Ltd. Reserve with thefoleys@shaw.ca

** Participants, except One Design, will be required to have a current PHRF-NW or PHRF-BC certificate and rating for the RIPS Regatta. PHRF-BC ratings may be adjusted by the RIPS Handicapper [free of charge], in order to conform to PHRF-NW rules and standards. RELEASE and APPROVAL
As a participant of the RIPS Regatta, I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the regatta. I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified RIPS YACHTING LTD, their organizers and their respective agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to a person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in this regatta notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies, or any of them, or their agents, official, servants or representatives. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors and assigns. I certify that the yacht described above carries third party insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 (Canadian).
